Workshop on Iran
Beth Boyd who teaches in Marietta, Georgia wrote about a tremendous opportunity. Check your calendar. There are 20 openings.She wrote, "I wanted to alert AP Comparative teachers about a workshop being offered July 8-11 on Persia/Iran in Washington, DC.
"It is sponsored the World Affairs Councils of America.
"The program is open to all high school educators and will focus on Persian culture, history and politics.
"All expenses except for transportation to DC will be paid for by WACA."
