NASHI video

I just came across a 12-and-a-half-minute video from the New York Times on the Putin-organized youth group NASHI.

It's quite good. It contains a comment from Russian journalist Masha
Lipman that NASHI is a "Potemkin Village" of grassroots political
activism. (Just as the Duma is a "Potemkin Village" of a legislature.)

It's ripe for discussion or study questions or as a writing prompt.
