The problem is real. Is the effort to resolve it?
If there's a pressing political problem in Nigeria, assign it to a study group. (Don't be misled by the BBC headline.) This makes Nigeria's political system sound more and more like a large corporation or an authoritarian bureaucracy.Yar'Adua 'to make poll reforms'
