Dr. Timothy Lim teaches comparative politics at Cal State LA. and maintains an exceptional web site to support his courses.I posted a description of and a link to his current course web page at the sharing comparative group site (in the "Theory and Method" folder in the "Files" section). You might well find useful material and ideas there.
Dr. Lim's book Doing Comparative Politics is very valuable for teacher background. If you're not familiar with it, I think you ought to check it out.
