Leading by example?

According to very recent reports, Nigerian President Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo are taking voluntary salary reductions.

The reports are so recent, they haven't appeared in any online major news sites.

A statement issued by Nebolisa Emodi, permanent secretary of State House, noted that, following the decision, the president would henceforth receive a yearly salary of some 14 million Nigerian naira (roughly $70,000).

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Emodi went on to note, had “similarly given up half of his official remuneration."…
