Premier Wen Jiabao delivers a report on the work of the government at the opening session at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, March 5, 2007.Xinhua has a dozen articles that highlight the main messages in Wen's report to the National Peoples Congress. It's almost as though they knew you wanted to have a dozen mini-summary reports done by pairs of students. Those reports will, of course, include suggestions about how those policy proposals will be implemented and ideas about who might oppose the proposals.
